About Resitec Consultancy
Resitec is a specialist technology consultancy working exclusively with residential rental operators — build-to-rent, student accommodation, later living, and hospitality.
We exist because the gap between choosing the right technology and actually making it work is where most operators lose time, money, and resident experience. Our team has been on the operator side of that gap — designing, procuring, and delivering residential technology platforms from the ground up, not advising from the outside.
Our experience includes designing and delivering Australia's first purpose-built BTR property management system, running full technology procurement processes for major residential developers, and holding technology leadership roles at some of Australia's largest BTR operators.
We work internationally — across the UK, Europe, Middle East, Asia, and Africa — with operators who are either building their technology foundation for the first time or maturing a stack that hasn't kept pace with their growth.
